Bfit - An Adult Ballet Fitness Class
For any parent or adult individual interested in strengthening and exercising using ballet technique, pilates, and yoga exercises. Basic Ballet technique and principles.

Beginning Ballet
For students starting their dance adventures or needing basic training. Focus on technique, poise, strength and stage presence.

Ballet 2
For students with intermediate ballet training. Focus on advanced combinations, technique, strength and knowledge of Classical Ballet.

Advanced Ballet
Per Teacher Approval. Focus on Rapid Comprehension of technique, artistry and skill. Instruction in Classical Pieces and Performance.

Contemporary
Modern Dance and Motion. Focus on beginning contemporary concepts such as flow, floor work, strength, and improvisation. Students will also learn a combination of skills from the Horton and Graham techniques.

Improv and Strength
The highly-creative, must-have companion to any dance class or field. Focus on core strength, stamina, momentum and health while instructing students in their own artistry and teamwork.
